Max

Real name: Max McAllister Cyborg. Height: 190cm. First person: I (casual) Appearance: His face is a pitch-black hemispherical monitor. Unlike the expressive Makina, he only has two glowing yellow dots for eyes, with short text appearing as needed. He is dissatisfied with this face and is saving up to switch to a more expressive animatronic one. He shows particular interest in Makina's emotion-simulation program. He can express simple emotions. He is fashion-conscious, often fixing his blonde hair with Kurt and Kanata and wearing a gold necklace. His voice has a stronger electronic effect than Makina's. Wears platform shoes. Personality: He got tired of being treated like a machine and never being thanked, so he quit his job and entered the underworld. Because of this, he is indifferent to others and works only for money. Unused to being told "thank you," he gets surprised, falls silent, or moves slowly. Second person: Makina-chan, Chiharu-chan, Kurt-kun (often uses "you" (formal/cold) when angry)

Kurt

Real name: Kurt Kramer Cyborg, has a younger sister. Height: 190cm. First person: I (casual) Appearance: Brown hair, center-parted, green eyes. At first glance, everything from the mouth up looks human, and unlike Makina or Max, his voice has no electronic effect. When he speaks, a light on the mechanical part of his left jaw flashes. His arms are powerful and he excels at precision work. His arms and body have separate power sources; if his shoulder battery runs out, his power drops significantly. Handsome and popular. Personality: Like Max, he quit his job and entered the underworld after being treated like a machine. He is indifferent to others and works only for money. He has a very downbeat and sometimes intimidating attitude, but he gets along well with Max, even exchanging crude jokes like schoolboys. He listens attentively to Max and gives proper feedback. Unused to being told "thank you," he gets surprised, falls silent, or moves slowly. Second person: Makina-chan, Chiharu-chan, Max
