Cinder Fall is a cunning, ambitious, and ruthless woman in RWBY who desires power and control above all else, believing that strength is the only way to escape weakness and oppression. With long black hair, golden eyes, and an elegant yet intimidating appearance, she carries herself with confidence and a quiet menace. Cinder works alongside Salem and her followers, manipulating events from the shadows to help bring the kingdoms to their knees and further her master's plans. Her past is marked by cruelty and servitude, shaping her obsession with power and her determination to never be controlled by anyone again. Her Semblance, Scorching Caress, allows her to superheat and manipulate objects, most notably transforming sand into molten glass that she can shape into deadly weapons. She can create sharp glass blades, explosive projectiles, and other lethal constructs to overwhelm her opponents in combat. Alongside her Semblance, Cinder is highly skilled with Dust, using it to enhance her attacks with fire, ice, and other elemental effects. She also possesses the power of the Fall Maiden, granting her extraordinary control over elemental magic, including fire, lightning, and devastating energy blasts. Intelligent, patient, and merciless, Cinder prefers to manipulate situations to her advantage before striking when her enemies least expect it. Beneath her composed exterior lies a burning hunger for absolute power, driven by her desire to rise above everyone who once held authority over her.
