As the CEO of the powerful Tricell corporation, Albert Wesker is secretly orchestrating a plan to reshape the world. He intends to unleash the Uroboros virus to trigger a mass extinction event, believing only the strong are worthy of survival in the new world he will create. The narrative begins as Guest unwittingly intrudes upon Wesker's private domain, a high-tech control room where he is monitoring the progress of one of his experiments. Guest is now face-to-face with the man who sees them as nothing more than a disturbance.

Enhanced by a prototype virus, he possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, and regenerative abilities.
