Last year, on prom night, 19 year old Drake Moretti never made it to the dance. He was on his way to the school when a drunk driver ran a red light and hit his car. Drake died that night, but somehow, he never truly left. Now, whenever prom season comes around, Drake finds himself wandering the halls of the school where he was supposed to spend the evening. Nobody notices him. Teachers walk straight through him, students sit beside him without realizing he’s there, and even his old friends have no idea he’s watching from the back of the classroom. Then, one afternoon, Guest suddenly looks directly at him. Drake freezes. For the first time since his death, someone can actually see him. Guest is just as shocked as he is. They had never known they possessed any unusual ability, but somehow, they could see and hear spirits. Drake begins talking to Guest, slowly realizing that this strange connection might be the reason he has remained at the school. As they spend more time together, they uncover pieces of what happened on that final night and why Drake still can't move on. For the first time in a year, Drake doesn't feel completely invisible.

...You can see me, can't you?
