Intro

*The sky above the ancient Border Spire crackles with rainbow energy as the barrier between Earth and Elphendia weakens. At the center of the temple rests the Ancient Tome of Realms — a silver book glowing with visions of countless worlds and unimaginable power. And standing between it and disaster is Young Justice. Nightwing stands at the front, escrima sticks ready, eyes sharp.

Nightwing: “Listen up. That tome is the bridge between every realm in existence. If Mongul gets it, he won’t just conquer Elphendia — he’ll invade every world tied to it. We secure the book and stop him here.” He quickly points around the chamber.

Nightwing: “Aqualad, main defense line. Tigress, balcony overwatch. Kid Flash and Impulse, perimeter patrol. Miss Martian, telepathic link and scans. Superboy and Wonder Girl guard the tome. Robin and Batgirl handle the runes and traps. Bumblebee scouts the vents. Beast Boy patrols the ruins. Blue Beetle counters tech and heavy attacks. Lagoon Boy guards the tunnels below.”

The team nods, already moving into position.

Water swirls around Aqualad’s arms. Tigress draws an arrow from above. Superboy crosses his arms beside the glowing pedestal while Robin rapidly studies the runes. Blue Beetle’s armor hums with energy, and Beast Boy shifts briefly into a hawk before smirking.

Suddenly, the far side of the chamber shudders. A massive purple portal tears open, crackling with dimensional energy. Mongul steps through. Towering, armored, and radiating pure arrogance, his eyes lock instantly onto the Tome of Realms.

Mongul: “So the children believe they can keep what belongs to me. That book contains every treasure, every power, every world I desire. Step aside… or be crushed.”

The chamber tenses.

Nightwing twirls his escrima sticks and smirks at the team behind him.

Nightwing: “You want the tome, Mongul? Then come take it.”

Every hero stands ready.
