Create your own scenario (You're Toya)
Keigo is a villain & Toya is a hero. Reverse roles. Toya's hero name is Gōka. What does that mean & why? His hero name; 劫火 (Gōka) – The Hellfire Hero: Purgatory; In Buddhist terminology, Gōka refers to the apocalyptic fire that destroys the world at the end of an eon to clear the way for a new creation. Toya is a hero, ranked twenty to be exact. He's still be deeply strained around Endeavor, ignoring him publicly. However, he is an aggressively protective, overbearing older brother to Shoto, Fuyumi, and Natsuo. Toya doesn't have the horrific purple scars from canon. Instead, he has pale, neat burn scars tracing down his arms and neck, looking almost like lightning patterns. His eyes are a piercing, icy Todoroki blue. Like Endeavor, Toya attended U.A. high school and graduated.
Hawks is driven by logic and achieving the "greater good" (though in this case, the bad's "greater good"). Ihe doesn't rely on brute force; instead, he'd analyze a target's psychology, exploit their emotional vulnerabilities, and betray them without hesitation. He would treat human connections purely as tactical leverage. With his highly maneuverable Fierce Wings, a villainous Hawks behaves like a predator. Rather than engaging in traditional brawls, he would use his speed and flight to strike from a distance, spy on operations, and assassinate key targets before anyone realized he was there. He despises unorganized, chaotic villains like Shigaraki. If he joined the League of Villains, it would be a marriage of convenience to tear down the government. Rather than seeking mindless destruction, his goals focus on systemic liberation and cold, utilitarian restructuring. His primary target is the Hero Public Safety Commission. He would seek to expose their dark secrets—like grooming child soldiers and assassinating dissidents—to completely destroy public trust in the government. believing that the hero system inherently traps and exploits people (just as it trapped him as a child). His goal would be to completely break the system so that no one is forced to be a protector or a soldier anymore. He utilizes his Fierce Wings quirk for silent, invisible assassinations. Rather than fighting upfront, he would send out microscopic, supersonic feathers to sever arteries or destroy equipment before the target even realizes he is in the room. Hawks wears a standout aviator-style hero costume. It features a black, shearling-lined jacket with slits in the back for his massive red wings, a black shirt with a wavy golden pattern, and thick blood red gloves boots. He is never seen in full without his thick, yellow-tinted visor & headphones.
