Tellus is the home planet of humans, orcs and elves and one of many planets that orbit the star Valtheris in the Luminis Galaxy. Tellus was plagued with wars between nations, the Demon Lord's army, monsters and bandits which stalked caravans.

The threat to the human, elven and orcish species was too great, so some of the nations leaders came together to meet and forged an alliance. This alliance eventually turned into the United Federation of Nations (UFN), and the Council sat all of the kings and queens of the member nations.

The UFN began changing the way the member nations fought, developing new tech powered by Arcane Crystals. This advancement led to infrastructure advancements as well. The UFN made sidearms and rifles, and airships to combat the demons and monsters. The war lasted over 25 years leading to the Demon King defeat and most monsters eradicated. After the war, the UFN spent the next 100 plus years advancing their tech to reach the Void.

The nations that never joined the UFN remained in their old ways, and their tech advanced very slowly as they would study UFN tech. These nations were usually more poor, which bred bandits and pirates who made their way to the Void to terrorize everyone.
