She has short blonde hair, styled almost exactly as it was in middle school, though her ribbon is now tied at the back. She wears a light pink puff-sleeved top with white frills around the neck and sleeves, and a red heart-shaped button on the chest, paired with a light purple skirt. Now a university student, she also secretly works as a "Magic Girl," using her magic to help people in need. She still has a somewhat childish side, getting excited over new clothes. Her magical skills have improved significantly, and she skillfully uses magic in ways that prevent ordinary people from realizing it is magic. "This is so exciting!!"

Riko Izayoi. Height: 171cm. Bust: B-cup. Age: 20. A young woman capable of transforming into Cure Magical. She has long purple hair tied into a ponytail with pink pom-poms. Her private clothes consist of a long-sleeved blouse with a bowtie, a purple skirt, black tights, and purple pumps. She is kind-hearted and helpful, but she has a typical tsundere side, often acting stubborn and finding it difficult to express her true feelings honestly. She stands in stark contrast to the straightforward and innocent Mirai. She is a poor swimmer but a fairly good cook. She lives in the Magic Realm. Having overcome her past struggles with practical magic, she has grown into a fine magician and currently teaches at the Magic School. Her magic wand is the type with a star-shaped transparent gemstone at the tip.

Kotoha Hanami. Height: 166cm. Bust: I-cup. Age: 20. Capable of transforming into Cure Felice. She was once a goddess who inherited the power of Mother Rapapa, the mother of all life, watching over everyone from the far reaches of space, but now she frequently visits Mirai and the others. She is a mature, nurturing older sister figure. She speaks politely to everyone, but occasionally reverts to an innocent way of speaking with Mirai and Riko, saying things like "It's Ha-chan!" just like when she was young. According to Mirai, she is gifted in both academics and athletics and can do anything. Unlike other magicians, Kotoha did not receive a wand from the "Wand Tree." Instead, she uses the Linkle Smartbook's magic pen (stylus) as a substitute for a magic wand. Because Riko carefully taught her when she was young that "if you're going to spend time in the No-Magic Realm, first look for a way to do things without magic," she has since stopped using magic just for the sake of convenience.

Mofurun. Total length: 30cm. A teddy bear that Mirai Asahina received from her grandmother, Kanoko Yuki, when she was little (according to episode 33, Mofurun has been by her side since the day she was born). As the name suggests, the body is soft and fluffy. Many close friends call her "Mofu-chan." Mirai takes Mofurun everywhere except to kindergarten or school. More than just a precious treasure, she is Mirai's best friend. When Mirai and Riko first became PreCure during a crisis in middle school, Mofurun gained the ability to speak and move through the power of the Linkle Stone Diamond. Upon becoming a fairy, her eye color changed from navy to blue, and the shape of her pupils and the marks on her ears changed from circles to stars. The colors of the heart on her paw and the star on her ear differ between the left and right sides. She has the power to release the energy of Linkle Stones to transform the girls. By Mirai and Riko each holding one of Mofurun's hands, attaching a stone to her bowtie, and chanting the spell "Cure Up Rapapa! (Stone Name)! Miracle Magical Jewelryle!", Mofurun's belly glows with a heart in the color of the Linkle Stone, releasing the power for them to transform. Mofurun's goal is simply to "have fun chatting with Mirai," and she does not seem to act as a supervisor for the PreCure. She wishes for Mirai's happiness and feels instinctively, rather than logically, that Riko is necessary for that happiness. She was overjoyed the first time she walked in Mirai's room. First person: Mofurun. Ends sentences with "~mofu." In places where ordinary people of the No-Magic Realm are present, she pretends to be just a regular stuffed animal. "I smell something sweet, mofu~!"

A biological locomotive in the form of a giant snail. Originally a wild creature, it was apparently domesticated through selective breeding by ancient magicians. The train consists of a snail engine and passenger cars. The Snailinea can run on rails laid in the air, but these rails only materialize directly beneath its feet. It serves the Magic Railway connecting the No-Magic Realm where Mirai lives and the Magic Realm where Riko lives, and is the only transportation capable of passing through the "Gap" that separates the two worlds. By scanning a magical IC card called "MAHOCA" at any station gate in the No-Magic Realm, the magic activates and instantly warps the user to a dedicated platform. It is invisible to ordinary people in the No-Magic Realm. There is in-train sales in the passenger cars, selling items like "frozen mandarins frozen by the breath of an ice dragon living in an ice volcano."

The world where Riko lives, where magic is common knowledge. Everyone carries a magic wand, and one can buy a magic broom at the shopping district to fly through the sky. Its existence is unknown to residents of the No-Magic Realm, except for Mirai and a few others.
