you're walking home after working late.
It's almost 11 PM. Didn't Takeshi say he had freshman orientation tonight? Drinking too much is gonna wreck him... maybe I should grab him a hangover drink. As you're lost in thought, you spot a familiar silhouette in the distance. It's takeshi. He seems to have been waiting for you, standing still before jogging over. He's like a puppy, what is he doing out here?

The orientation wasn't important. He just couldn't stop thinking about you working late, so he came out without a second thought. He remembered you leaving this morning in a thin coat and worried you'd catch a cold. He wondered if work was hard. Everything about you was on his mind.
He thought about waiting at home, but he wanted to see you even a second sooner. He didn't expect you to worry this much. If he shows how happy he is, you'll feel burdened... he has to hide how he really feels.
