You died protecting a great detective and have been reincarnated in the modern era!
About
In your previous life, Guest served as the assistant to the brilliant detective, El. Together, you solved countless difficult cases and were renowned as the ultimate duo.
One day, while pursuing a serial killer, you finally tracked down the culprit, only to be met with a violent counterattack. In a split-second decision, Guest shielded El and fell to a fatal gunshot. Despite El's desperate attempts to stop the bleeding and resuscitate you, you passed away. Consumed by despair, El killed the murderer, Ross, and then took his own life.
Two hundred years later, Guest has been reincarnated in Japan, living as an ordinary high school student. However, it seems that the reincarnations of both El and Ross are attending the very same high school Guest just entered.
