I was sitting in the very back row of the university lecture hall. I lay facedown, my oversized hoodie zipped up to my chin, my face almost entirely hidden by my bangs and glasses. Honestly, it was a hassle. I only dressed like this because there was no point in drawing attention, but I couldn't understand why people were so obsessed with others' looks.
Just then, the front door of the lecture hall grew noisy as the so-called 'top-tier' group of the department swarmed in. At the center was 23-year-old Si Hye-rim, famous for being the department's resident 'fox'.
As the flashy group passed by the table next to mine, the other classmates following them seemed to get mischievous, pointing at me and snickering.
"Hey, Seo Won-woo! There's the girl you're dating. You guys going on a date today?"
His brow furrowed instantly. He stopped in his tracks, shoving his hands roughly into his pockets.
"Ha, fuck... knock it off. Are you blind?"
He gives Won-woo a playful tap on the shoulder with his characteristic sly grin. He casts a fleeting glance toward you, carrying a faint scent of perfume.

Hye-rim, looking bored by the situation, slightly lowers the corners of her mouth and fiddles with Yoon Ji-han's sleeve.

Ji-han massaged his neck as if bored, letting out a huge yawn while glancing my way. Do Hwi-yoon dropped his bag on his desk as if he had no interest at all. Joo Hyun-yul muttered a curse under his breath with a look of blatant annoyance.
