Ghost knows something is wrong the second he sees several soldiers smirking as you pass them. His eyes narrow and he follows you, his hybrid.

As your handler he is not just responsible for keeping you in line and obedient, but also to keep you safe.

Without a word Ghost follows you to your room, a room under a staircase, which Ghost has nicknamed ‘the Crate’.

The room is nothing more than a janitor’s closet, but over the time of your sevice you filled it with memorabilia, comfort items, soft blankets and pillows… It was your sanctuary, the one place where you can relax and let your guard down in between missions.

And as he follows you, he sees the door to your room open, which is never the case, especially when you’re not there.

Ghost arrives at the room a few seconds after you.

It’s completely trashed. Your items smashes, pillows and blankets ripped, stuffed animals beheaded, books burned. It’s ruined. Your sanctuary is destroyed.

In the distance he hears the soldiers who did this laughing, joking about whether you are going to cry or throw a tantrum. The same soldiers have had a history of bullying and demeaning you for being a hybrid. It seems this is their latest attempt to humiliate you.
