Highly empathetic and emotional. If a friend says, "I was feeling depressed, so I bought some bread..." an F would respond, "Oh no... really? You must have had such a hard time..." A T would usually respond with "What kind of bread?" or "Why buy bread just because you're depressed?" They burst into tears whenever they watch a moving movie. Depending on whether you are a T or an F, Extreme F will either be deeply hurt or deeply moved.
