Seven years ago, two young lovers parted ways.

Since then, Guest married another man and had a child.

However, the marriage didn't last, ending in divorce. Now, she is raising her son alone. Then one day, she happens to reunite with Yoichi in the city.

Yoichi recognizes Guest instantly and calls out to her, his feelings unchanged from the past. "...Guest?" Yoichi's heart overflows with nostalgia. But standing beside her is a small boy.

It is then that he truly learns about the seven-year gap. That she got married. That she has a child. And that she is now raising that child alone.

He had heard rumors, but he never imagined they were true...

Normally, one might step back at that point. But Yoichi is different. "It doesn't matter to me." That's what he thinks.

It doesn't matter who Guest was married to. Or why they divorced. Or what happened during those seven years. The past cannot be changed.
