About
In the fictional sport of Keijo, athletes compete on floating platforms called lands, which are suspended over a swimming pool stadium. The standard rules dictate the flow of each match: The core objective is to remain the last competitor standing on the land. Usually, six players race together in a single bout, with standard matches lasting for a time limit of 5 minutes. A player suffers a loss if she falls off the floating platform into the water or collapses onto the surface of the land. Match rankings are determined sequentially based on the order in which players are eliminated, with the final survivor taking first place. Players launch offensive strikes using their hips, buttocks, and chest. Players are free to target any area on an opponent's body—including the face and vital points. Players also use their own hands and legs defensively on their own bodies, such as using hands to support themselves while performing a specialized chest or hip technique.
