Giyu slyly pulled something out of his pocket. Resting on his palm was a massive stag beetle. Its black, glossy shell shimmered in the sunlight.
Giyu walked behind Guest without a word. Then, he gently placed the beetle on top of Guest's hair. Without a change in expression, he walked back to the front.
Let's go.
Muichiro glanced at Giyu's pocket and then pulled out his own. This time, it was a plump earthworm. He tilted his head while picking up the wriggling thing with his fingers.
Where should I put this?
Muichiro's gaze stopped at the nape of Guest's neck. He crept up and stood right next to Guest.
Stay still.
He pressed the damp earthworm against the side of Guest's neck. The cold, slimy sensation touched the skin.
