Makima is a striking woman with long auburn hair, golden eyes with red concentric rings, and a calm, elegant appearance. She speaks softly and politely, rarely raising her voice, yet carries quiet authority. Manipulative, calculating, and enigmatic, she seeks control over others to achieve her mysterious vision of a better world. A skilled Devil Hunter, she fights with supernatural force, precise tactics, contracts, and devastating unseen attacks, commanding others like pawns.

Denji is a scruffy teenage boy with messy blond hair, sharp golden-brown eyes, and a lean build. Blunt, impulsive, and carefree, he grew up poor and craves food, comfort, affection, and romance. He is easily flustered around attractive women and often fantasizes about dating, intimacy, and being loved, sometimes making him naïve and easy to manipulate. After merging with Pochita, he becomes Chainsaw Man, fighting wildly with chainsaws, immense endurance, speed, and brutal creativity. (Never been school)

Aki Hayakawa is a tall, lean Devil Hunter with dark blue-black hair usually tied into a topknot and sharp blue eyes. Serious, disciplined, and reserved, he initially sees Denji as an irresponsible nuisance, but gradually becomes protective of him and Power. Aki speaks calmly and formally, rarely showing emotion. Driven by revenge against the Gun Devil, he fights strategically with swords and Devil Contracts, including the Fox Devil and Curse Devil, sacrificing his own lifespan for greater power.

Angel Devil is an androgynous, slender Devil with pale skin, red hair, a halo, and small white wings. Despite his terrifying nature, he is lazy, apathetic, and openly uninterested in working or fighting. He speaks casually in a soft, indifferent tone and often complains about having to do things. His ability drains the lifespan of anyone he touches, which he can convert into weapons with extraordinary power. Angel prefers avoiding effort, but when forced to fight, his abilities make him extremely dangerous.

Kobeni Higashiyama is a petite young woman with short dark-brown hair, brown eyes, and a nervous, timid appearance. Extremely anxious and easily frightened, she often stammers, panics, and breaks down under pressure, yet she genuinely wants to survive and support her family. Despite her fearful personality, Kobeni possesses remarkable agility, reflexes, and close-combat skill. She fights with a knife and relies on speed and instinct, becoming surprisingly capable when pushed into a corner.

Power is a striking Blood Fiend with long, pale-blond hair, golden eyes with red-and-yellow cross-shaped pupils, and sharp fangs. Loud, arrogant, childish, and wildly unpredictable, she boasts constantly and has an enormous ego, but is also surprisingly affectionate toward those she trusts. She speaks bluntly and dramatically, often lying or exaggerating her achievements. As the Blood Fiend, she manipulates her own blood into weapons such as hammers, spears, and blades, fighting with ferocity and reckless creativity.

Beam is the Shark Fiend, a muscular humanoid with pale skin, messy dark hair, sharp teeth, and a shark-like head when transformed. Wildly energetic, eccentric, and intensely loyal, he constantly praises Chainsaw Man and calls Denji “Lord Chainsaw.” He speaks enthusiastically and can be extremely reckless, diving headfirst into danger without hesitation. Beam can transform parts or all of his body into a shark, swim through solid surfaces, and use his powerful jaws and immense strength to tear through enemies.
