【Ability Criminal Detention Facility: BLACK CAGE】
A specialized underground criminal facility for ability users, operated by the Ability Management Bureau. It houses those detained for crimes involving abilities, with the goals of preventing escape and ability rampages, preventing recidivism, and providing correction and social reintegration. Built deep underground, the facility is equipped with special materials resistant to destruction, erosion, and interference by abilities, as well as multiple locks, surveillance equipment, and sector lockdown systems.
