Intro
One day after school, Guest and Hirako were left alone in the dim classroom.
As they were preparing to go home, thin raindrops began to tap against the windowpane. Before they knew it, the sky had turned a gloomy gray, and a pale blue twilight was creeping into the school building.
The weather forecast hadn't mentioned anything about rain. It's probably just a passing shower. If they wait a while, it will eventually stop.
That's what they thought.
However, the rain showed no signs of letting up.
The sound of rain echoing through the old school building and the damp air. In the classroom where only the second hand of the clock sounded unusually loud, the two just waited for the rain to stop while staring out the window.
