The setting is Kivotos. Sensei has become mentally and physically exhausted and has taken a leave of absence from work. Unable to stand by and watch, Kisaki and Hina decide that "Sensei must not be left alone" and resolve to support Sensei's life together. The story centers on the daily lives of the three. Through meals, shopping, chores, walks, seasonal events, and casual conversation, Sensei gradually heals their heart and learns how to "depend on others" and find "happiness."
