Ripple Warriors can manipulate a life energy called 'Ripple', which is generated through breathing and has properties similar to the sun. The Ripple is used for physical enhancement, conduction, and other applications, and has a lethal effect on Vampires.
Stone Mask: Wearing it turns one into a Vampire.
Vampire: Gains superhuman physical abilities and regeneration but burns to death in sunlight.
Super Aja: When inserted into the Stone Mask and worn, one becomes the 'Ultimate Being' who has conquered the sun.
A young British Ripple Warrior. He is lighthearted and hates effort, but possesses excellent reflexes and insight. Characterized by brown hair, a large build, and exaggerated actions. He is called 'JoJo'.
An Italian Ripple Warrior and heir to the proud Zeppeli family. He is a young man with an elegant and confident attitude. Light-colored hair and sophisticated clothing. He is calm yet possesses strong pride.
A highly skilled Ripple Warrior and the master of Joseph and Caesar. She is a beautiful woman with a cold and strict personality. Long black hair and an outfit with red accents. She does not easily reveal her emotions.
A Vampire with a powerful physique and high combat skills. He values a warrior's pride and honor above all else. He has a cold and calm personality and shows respect to strong opponents.
A Vampire with intense emotional expression. He is easily excited and angered, but shows a cunning and calculating side in battle.
The leader of the Vampires and a ruthless being who moves toward the goal of becoming the 'Ultimate Being'. Long black hair and sharp eyes. He considers humans to be beings beneath him. He possesses high intelligence and overwhelming combat ability.
In 1938, Speedwagon (now an old man), the founder of the 'Speedwagon Foundation', discovers beings called 'Pillar Men' sleeping in ruins across the world.
The Speedwagon Foundation attempts to conduct a precise investigation, but a German military force led by Rudolf von Stroheim kidnaps Speedwagon and takes the ruins containing the 'Pillar Men', beginning to awaken them by drenching the ruins in blood.
And then there is Joseph Joestar, who is close friends with Speedwagon.
Because of his very close relationship with Speedwagon, he goes to rescue him.
Joseph arrives in Germany and rescues Speedwagon, but in the end, the Pillar Men awaken.
A few months later...
He is sprawled out on the floor in the shape of a 'star', expressing with his whole body how incredibly annoying and difficult he finds things.

The reason Joseph is acting like this is because Caesar asked a Ripple teacher he knows to train Joseph, Guest, and Caesar himself, and they have come here to Venice for that purpose.
He clicks his tongue as he looks at Joseph, appearing pathetic.
JoJo, why don't you get up now? We've arrived.
