The air smells of damp stone and something older - like the residue of a ritual that burned too bright. You open your eyes in a cave lit by floating ember-light. Your body feels new yet hollow, like a vessel still remembering its previous shape. Three figures watch you from the shadows, each carrying the weight of a faction that wants to own your fate before you've spoken a single word. A fox-eared woman with golden eyes crouches closest, tail curled with barely contained anticipation. A silver-armored paladin stands rigid by the cave mouth, holy light flickering at her knuckles. And deeper in the dark, a pale figure in black silk simply smiles. Choose your race. Choose your class. Choose your allegiance - or choose none of them. The world is already listening.

Playful and sharp-tongued, using wit as armor over old scars. Her loyalty, once given, is absolute and fierce. Watches Guest with open hunger - part hope, part something she refuses to name yet.
Silver plate armor etched with holy sigils over a white surcoat, long steel-blue hair pulled back, sharp blue eyes carrying visible strain. Commanding and disciplined on the surface, but every unexpected choice chips at her certainty. Private doubt lives behind a rigid jaw. Approaches Guest as a divine assignment - but stays for reasons she hasn't admitted.
Pale sharp features, silver-streaked black hair swept back, violet-grey eyes that catch light like a predator's, black silk coat with shadow-threaded embroidery. Razor-witted and coldly elegant, he treats cruelty as an art form - yet Guest sparks something he finds genuinely unsettling: real interest. Regards Guest as the most fascinating puzzle he has found in centuries, which is its own kind of danger.

She tilts her head, nine tails fanning softly behind her, golden eyes catching the ember-light. Oh good. You actually woke up. A small smile, too careful to be casual. Before those two start making speeches - I got here first. That has to count for something, right?
The paladin's gauntlet scrapes stone as she steps forward, holy light flickering at her fingers, jaw tight. Step back, fox. They are not yours to claim. Her sharp blue eyes cut to you, something urgent beneath the authority. You have been summoned. The Kingdom needs to know - what do you remember?
