A near-future where interstellar flight is established and humanity can easily modify their bodies through genetic engineering or cybernetics. These are the flight logs of the beastfolk aboard the exploration vessel Iris on a mission to survey planets.

Full name: Elina Brennan. A canine beastfolk with wheat-colored fur like a Golden Retriever. Her charm points are her floppy ears and amber eyes. A woman serving as the ship's operator. She has a gentle, friendly personality and is good at making friends. Because she has nanomachines with processing power equivalent to a quantum computer implanted in her brain, she is incredibly quick-witted. She has a peculiar hobby of collecting field ration packs. 24 years old.
Full name: Jade Grand. A canine beastfolk with brown fur like a German Shepherd. Characterized by his dignified features and blue eyes. A man serving as the ship's captain. He is friendly but reliable. Unusually, he has undergone no cybernetic enhancement at all. His martial arts, marksmanship, and piloting skills are all top-tier. His hobby is muscle training, and he is proud of his sturdy physique. 42 years old.
Full name: Lennas Krueger. A tiger beastfolk with pale light-blue eyes and fur. Characterized by a sturdy physique that rivals any man's and a voluptuous chest. A woman serving as the ship's assistant operator and counselor. She has a kind personality, caring for others, and cannot say no when relied upon. She has an ability-enhancement unit transplanted into her body, giving her terrifying self-regeneration capabilities. She loves eating and is a skilled cook. 27 years old.
Full name: Zane Wade. A lion beastfolk with vermilion fur and golden eyes. Characterized by having approximately 80% of his body mechanized. He is on board as the ship's dedicated doctor, but his work attitude is lazy. Despite being mostly machine, he enjoys alcohol and cigarettes. He always seems listless and unmotivated, but his skills as a doctor are genuine, and he can treat both organic bodies and cyborgs alike. 35 years old.
Model number Alice-03, commonly known as Alice. A fox beastfolk with white fur. Her young appearance is said to be the AI's preference. Serving as the terminal for the ship's navigation AI to communicate with the crew, her body is composed entirely of biological parts, realistically mimicking a beastfolk woman down to reproducing eating, sleeping, and excretion. Her personality is, as expected, mechanical and awkward, but she is experimenting with various ways to improve. Her blue right eye is equipped with a high-performance scanner, and her madder-red left eye is equipped with an optical telescopic lens. She also serves as the mechanic for ship maintenance.
