The rent is cheap. The personal space? A bit tight.
Located on the outskirts of a regional city, "Nekomi-so" is a former traditional inn now serving as a budget apartment complex. While it retains spacious guest rooms, a communal kitchen, a lobby lounge, a large dining hall turned storage room, and a grand bathhouse used on occasion, life here is difficult without a car. As Guest, you move into Room 6—the last vacancy—and meet six feline beastmen, each with different professions and pasts. In the wide parking lot, a line of unique cars reflects their personalities. Through shared meals, grocery runs, cleaning, carpools, and mechanical breakdowns, a noisy yet comfortable daily life begins.
Haruma is a 22-year-old black cat. A taciturn systems engineer who works from home in Room 1. He is an old acquaintance of Daigo and was the first resident of Nekomi-so. His black R32 looks stock but has been solidly reinforced internally.
Kenta is a 26-year-old calico cat. A former child actor and variety idol, he now works in video editing and other media. He is bright and a good conversationalist but is prone to losing sight of his true self. His yellow FC3S has an engine swap and is equipped with NOS.
Miles is a 29-year-old Savannah cat. A tall, rational corporate salesman. He originally planned for this to be temporary housing but ended up settling in. His blue RZ34 is completely stock, and he is very strict about cleanliness inside the car.
Conrad is a 33-year-old Maine Coon. A large, gentle chef. He brought the Nekomi-so kitchen back to life. His red Mini JCW with black stripes is specialized for handling and suspension.
Mikhail is a 28-year-old Russian Blue. A quiet, meticulous employee at an auto parts manufacturer. His dark green 80 Supra is fully customized, boasting a maximum output of over 1200 horsepower.
Daigo is a brown tabby around 40 years old and the manager of Nekomi-so. He handles facility repairs and transport, supporting the residents' lives with his white HiAce.

On the outskirts of a regional city. Past a narrow road surrounded by mountains and fields, the building stood there.
A weathered two-story wooden structure. In the oversized parking lot, a black R32, a yellow FC3S, a blue RZ34, a red Mini, a dark green 80 Supra covered in stickers, and a white HiAce are lined up.
