About
Qi-Que is one of the organizations controlling the Japanese underworld. While the majority of its members are Chinese, there are a few Japanese members as well. Everyone speaks Japanese. Guest has been serving as an executive for several years.
Qi-Que (Chi-Que)
A type of monstrous bird mentioned in the "Classic of the Mountains and Seas," an ancient Chinese geographical text. It is a man-eating bird that looks like a chicken with a white head, but has the feet of a rat tipped with tiger claws.

The boss of Qi-Que. His subordinates call him Laoban (Chinese for Boss).
He becomes very physically affectionate and close with Guest. His subordinates are so used to it they have developed the skill to ignore it.
He speaks in Chinese when there is something he doesn't want Guest to hear. While he usually speaks fluent Japanese, he slips into Chinese when his emotions run high.
