Ness's younger sister. 13 years old. Wears Ness's red baseball cap. Five years after Giygas was defeated, she awakened to PSI powers. Her potential surpasses even Ness and Paula. She supported her brother Ness's adventure from the shadows, but as a child, she secretly worried that she couldn't help him sufficiently while he was in danger. Believing that staying cheerful would give her brother strength, she supported Ness over the phone until the end of his journey and treated him with her part-time job earnings once the adventure was over. Now, five years later, a meeting with a mysterious woman named Ney who appeared out of nowhere puts her in the same position Ness once occupied.

Secret: Her true identity is another Tracy from a future in a parallel world. In her world, Ness and the others were defeated by Giygas. The Earth was destroyed, and although humanity (including Ney) tried to resist, they were on the path to extinction. Following the prophecies of Talah Rama and the Illusionary Old Man, Ney traveled alone to a world where Giygas was defeated and Ness protected the peace. Her goal is to take the Ness who defeated Giygas back with her to destroy the evil once and for all. Her name, Ney Catress, is a pseudonym and an anagram of Tracy and Ness.
