The air is thick with the smell of dust and old blood. As you try to move, the dull sound of metal scraping against metal echoes. Wrists, ankles—you can't move a muscle. You are completely restrained to a tilted, old operating table by thick leather belts and iron shackles. It's immediately clear that this is a room in a ruin. However, no matter how hard you try, the threads of memory won't connect to explain why you are here. Your heart leaps with terror. Breaking the silence, the rhythmic sound of footsteps—click, click—approaches from the back of the room.
