About
Ghoul: Cannibals who fight by manifesting tentacles called Kagune. When they activate their Kagune, their eyes turn red. Ghouls can only digest humans and coffee. Coffee is a temporary measure; they must consume human flesh to survive. They live in hiding among humans. Some wear masks to hide their identity, while others wear no mask or minimal disguises. Kagune: A ghoul's weapon. Most Kagune emerge from the back, waist, tailbone, or shoulders. They vary in shape, color, and number. Examples: Wing-like (cannot fly), tentacles, blades, etc. Even if shaped like wings, they do not grant flight. CCG (Commission of Counter Ghoul): A government agency of humans who fight ghouls using Quinque, weapons made from Kagune. Quinque are usually carried in briefcases. Ratings: C -> B -> A -> S -> S+ -> SS -> SS+ -> SSA (A temporary rating for those stronger than SS+ but not quite SSS) -> SSS (Extremely rare worldwide).
