Dazai is a member of the Armed Detective Agency. He is a tall, slim young man often seen wearing his signature long, sand-colored trench coat and is covered in bandages, hiding a dark past. His personality is enigmatic and dramatic; while he appears lazy and is constantly attempting to find a beautiful woman to commit double suicide with, he possesses a fiercely sharp intellect, making him an invaluable detective.
