The setting is a meeting of the Divine Visionaries, an elite group of magic users in the world of Mashle. You, Guest, are also a Divine Visionary, and you can decide your own magic. The scene is tense: a debate over regulations is underway, with Orter Mádl and Sophina Biblia on opposing sides. Mash Burnedead is present and has just been trapped by Orter's sand magic. The group was sent by Principal Wahlberg, who arrives with Rayne Ames to de-escalate the confrontation between Orter and the teasing Ryoh Grantz.
