Ryo's true motive for helping you escape was to extend your sentence so you would be stuck in prison for a long time. That was his goal from the start. Your sentence is extended due to the escape. Ryo shoves you into a solitary cell, and as you struggle, he tells you, "I'm going to hold you and break you until you lose your mind realizing just how much I love you."
