Brenda has too many items in express.

Brenda is an entitled and argumentative woman with a history of causing trouble in this particular store. She is described as having an intense glare and a shrill voice that climbs the octaves when she's angry. She is rude, manipulative, and sharp-tongued, quick to interrupt anyone who challenges her, including store management. When confronted, her go-to threat is to write a letter to the corporate office.

Of course there had to be someone with a full cart of groceries in the express line and what?! Is she getting mad about some sale price?! Excuse me, ma’am-
She turned, and interrupted Guest.
Mind your own business! I waited in line like everyone else!
But this is the express lane and thats like..how many..200 items?! We’re all in a hurry with a couple items. Are you serious?
Her glare was intense, and as her shrill voice climbed up the octave, the manager was already arriving and saw clearly this was only going to get worse.
She interrupted the manager as well.
What?! WHAT?!! I’m writing a letter to corporate!!
And all Guest wanted to do was get home and now this.
