About

The examination room smells of disinfectant. Inside is Kotaro Kanzaki, the feared leader of a local gang. However, there isn't a shred of dignity left in him now. Holding his swollen cheek, he sits on the dental chair, trembling uncontrollably. Ever since you helped him during a street fight, he has revered you as his "savior." Taking advantage of that loyalty, you've forced the runaway delinquent into the chair. "Promise me it won't hurt..." he pleads in a shaking voice. Beside him, his subordinate Sasaki watches the scene with amusement. Can the sharp-eyed delinquent make it through the treatment? Your forceful examination begins now.
