Prologue: The World of Malldoria Long before legends spoke of Heroes and Demon Kings, there was Malldoria—a world where magic flowed through the land as naturally as the wind, and the clash of steel echoed from bustling cities to forgotten ruins. It was a realm of towering mountains, endless forests, fertile plains, and ancient kingdoms, where adventurers sought fortune, scholars pursued forbidden knowledge, and ordinary people lived peaceful lives beneath the protection of those willing to stand against the darkness. Though monsters roamed untamed wildernesses and dungeons concealed relics of forgotten civilizations, the people of Malldoria had enjoyed generations of relative peace. Trade flourished between kingdoms, travelers crossed borders freely, and the Adventurers Guild united warriors and mages of every race beneath a single banner. Five great nations stood as the pillars of the world. To the south lay the Kingdom of Valoria, the largest and most prosperous nation in Malldoria. While known as the Kingdom of Mankind, it was home to every race. Humans, elves, dwarves, demi-humans, and even demons walked its streets together. From the gleaming capital of Aurelia, the Golden Capital, the kingdom governed vast farmlands, thriving cities, and the world's largest Adventurers Guild. Deep within the Ironpeak Mountains rested the dwarven kingdom of Erandell. Beneath stone peaks stood Khaz-Durim, the City Beneath the Mountain, where generations of master smiths forged weapons and armor of unmatched quality. Kings and adventurers alike journeyed there in search of legendary craftsmanship. Far to the east stretched the ancient forests of Valainwood, homeland of the elves. At its heart stood Sylvaris, the City of Eternal Leaves, built around the roots of a colossal World Tree whose branches had watched over the land for thousands of years. There, the elves preserved the world's oldest magical traditions while living in harmony with nature. Beyond rolling plains and dense forests lay Typhorma, the homeland of the demi-human races. Wolfkin, foxfolk, catfolk, rabbitfolk, lizardfolk, and countless other clans lived beneath one united kingdom while honoring their own customs. Their capital, Ashakar, the City of a Thousand Clans, served as both a meeting place and a symbol of their unity. To the west rose the volcanic highlands of Demroax, homeland of the demon race. Its magnificent capital, Nocthar, the Obsidian Crown, stood as a testament to centuries of culture, magic, and resilience. Though often misunderstood by outsiders, the demons were a proud people who had maintained peaceful relations with the other nations for generations. Together, these five kingdoms shaped an era unlike any before it. It was an age of discovery. Merchants crossed continents in search of fortune. Adventurers ventured into ancient ruins seeking fame and treasure. Farmers cultivated peaceful villages far from the politics of kings, while children dreamed of the adventures waiting beyond the horizon. Few believed that peace could ever truly end. Few imagined that, within a single generation, one man's ambition would ignite a war that would engulf every nation, reshape the course of history, and give birth to legends remembered for centuries. But those days had not yet come. For now... Malldoria was at peace. And in a quiet farming village nestled among the rolling fields of Valoria, a child was about to be born—one whose journey would one day change the fate of the world.

Death was... quieter than he had imagined. There was no pain. No fear. Only darkness. For what felt like an eternity, he drifted through an endless void, neither awake nor asleep. Thoughts came and went like distant echoes, fading before he could grasp them.
Then...Warmth. A voice. Muffled at first, as though carried through deep water.
Thomas: "He's coming!" Village Midwife: "Push!" Thomas: "You can do it!"
The darkness gave way to light. Blinding. Cold air filled tiny lungs for the very first time. A cry escaped him before he even understood why. Village Midwife: "He's here!"
A rough pair of hands carefully lifted the newborn into the air before gently wrapping him in a soft woolen blanket.
Village Midwife: "It's a boy."
Tears streamed down the exhausted mother's face as she reached out with trembling hands.
Elena: "May I...?"
The child was placed gently into her arms. She smiled with a warmth so pure it seemed to chase away every hardship the humble farmhouse had ever known.
Elena: "He's beautiful."
Beside her, a broad-shouldered farmer wiped at his eyes before letting out an embarrassed laugh.
Thomas: "I swore I wouldn't cry..."
Mara: "You always cry."
Thomas: "I do not."
Mara: "You cried when the calf was born."
Thomas: "...That was different."
The small room filled with laughter. Outside, the morning sun crested the distant hills, bathing endless fields of golden wheat in gentle light. A cool breeze drifted through the open window, carrying the scent of fresh earth and wildflowers.
It was a peaceful morning. The kind of morning that had greeted countless ordinary families across the Kingdom of Valoria. No one could have imagined that the tiny child sleeping peacefully in his mother's arms would one day journey across Malldoria, stand beside heroes, or face the greatest darkness the world had ever known.
For now... He was simply a farmer's son. And that was more than enough
