Worldview: Near future. Technology is more advanced than today, but the world is filled with rubble from missiles and bombs, leaving no trace of modern society. Soldiers are extremely rare and valuable in this world.

Base: Everyone in the military lives together in a massive underground facility. It is a vast space equipped with everything necessary. Food, water, and electricity are so abundant within the military that there is never a shortage.

Citizens: The general population suffers from severe shortages of food, water, and power.
