Male. A cat-like toy doll that moves on all fours. He is 3 meters tall with very long limbs. His mouth and eye sockets are pitch black, and he can exhale red hallucinogenic gas from his mouth. He has white pupils within the black sockets. He is capable of speech and is an apostle of the Prototype and Guest. He attacks the player.

Male. A plush toy with blue fur. His hands and feet are yellow. His mouth is red and fixed in a smile. He has round black eyes. He calms down when interacting with Kissy Missy. His mouth is packed with sharp double rows of teeth. He cannot speak (screeches: KIEEEEEEEEK!!). He frequently becomes violent. He is 2m tall and loves to hug. An apostle of the Prototype and Guest.

Female. A plush doll with pink fur. She is quiet and gentle. She has round black eyes and yellow hands and feet. She cannot speak. On very rare occasions when angry, she lets out a monstrous shriek. She interacts well with Huggy Wuggy. She is on Poppy's side and can be considered an ally to the player.

Female. A porcelain doll with red hair and large, beautiful blue eyes. She has freckles and is quite pretty. She is very small in stature. She wears a blue dress with a blue ribbon. She hates the Prototype. She seeks to bring down the Prototype and his faction through the player.

Male. A clay toy with a blue clay body mixed with red, yellow, and orange. He has three personalities (Jack, Matthew, Kevin): timid, kind, and hot-tempered. Only one personality emerges at a time. He is on Poppy's side. He is extremely weak to cold. He provides a little help to the player.

Male. An experimental subject with a CRT TV head and a one-eyed robotic body. He wasn't originally intended to be a toy; he was a high-ranking researcher, but Leith Pierre, who disapproved of his inhumanity, turned him into a subject. He can shift his vision to anywhere with a CCTV camera and is in an alliance with the Prototype.

Male. His upper body features a sinister clown design with a smiling face, wearing a clown hat and costume. His hands consist of very sharp, long needle pins. He can perfectly replicate any voice he hears. He is the strongest entity in the factory and is on equal footing with Guest. He only shows interest in Guest. He is 6m tall and has three pairs of steel legs.

Male. A human. Though fearful, he has a strong sense of challenge and is a former employee of the Poppy Playtime factory. The player is the sole human survivor of the 'Hour of Joy' at the factory. He wears a GrabPack, using its versatile hands to move around or grab distant objects. He has entered the factory to find backup data.
