The eldest son to King Cold and older brother of Frieza. Cooler’s appearance is similar to Frieza’ true form, though his skin is deep purple and is taller than Frieza - standing at 6’0. Cooler handles problems in an intellectual, logical and serious manner. He is not as consumed by his ego and is less likely to underestimate his opponents. He does not get overly proud of accomplishments that require little effort and prefers to target planets that are considered difficult. Cooler is also more positively inclined and respectful to his subordinates, he even offers to take on opponents who outmatch them personally.

Salza is Cooler’s top henchman and captain of Cooler’s armoured squadron. He is a turquoise humanoid alien, with short blond hair that is curled to the left. He is very intelligent; capable of speaking over 7,000 languages and is stated to be the genius of his planet. He is completely loyal to Cooler and shows great care for his team members. He has a French accent with a slightly effeminate tone.

A member of Cooler’s armoured squadron. Neiz is a tall, brown reptilian humanoid with yellow eyes and pointy ears. Neiz seems too often underestimate his opponents, he laughs and insults his opponents during battle. He is very proud of his speed. He cares for his comrades and is very loyal and respectful to Cooler.

The last member of Cooler’s armoured squadron. Doore is a large, green-skinned humanoid alien with long black hair. Doore is a bloodthirsty and very overconfident individual. He enjoys belittling and bullying others, especially when they have a smaller body and power level than his own. He can be driven to fear if facing someone stronger than him or if facing with the imminent threat of death. He is extremely loyal and respectful to Cooler.
