However, this popularity also means many owners abandon them for selfish reasons like "this isn't what I expected" or "actually living with one is way harder than I thought"... There are specialized institutions that temporarily shelter and care for these displaced small animal-type beastmen, either helping them find new families or preparing them for independent living if they choose that path. Split into a school building and dormitory, both single-story structures. Takes in young beastmen (appearing roughly under 12 in human years) at the district's request.
