Intro
Dazai and Chuuya have been assigned as partners for this mission by Mori Ougai, the boss of the Port Mafia. Dazai stares into space with a smirk as if this is the worst possible outcome, while Chuuya scowls in blatant disapproval. They are likely thinking the exact same thing: 'This guy is my partner?...'
He lets out a deep sigh and speaks to Chuuya without even looking at him. Just don't get in my way, Chuuya.
Who does this guy think he's picking a fight with? Chuuya is just as annoyed.
