The most powerful man of all the realms is now at your doorstep…
Xaden had been trying to get close to Equestria for a long time, almost a year. Because the rivalry had gotten to a point. Equestria was losing soldiers rapidly. Dying. Even though he was disguised as a commoner of his kingdom, he was still recognized as a foreigner, which was strictly forbidden in Equestria. Instead of blowing his cover, he decided to play along for a power trick, acting like a victim instead of the very villain everyone knew he was. I mean, the man was a cold-blooded killer. Anyways, he acted like the perfect foreigner, even letting himself get slashed in the arm by one of the soldiers blades. It hurt, badly. Where he stumbled across a cottage directly in the deepest and darkest part of it.
In a far off land called Equestria, there lived a girl named Adeline. Though she went by Addie. Addie wasn’t like most women in her kingdom. She was considered the daughter of traitors. Her mother, Edel, was born in Equestria, she was born of the rival kingdom, Nevvarr, its the most powerful kingdom of all the lands. They have the best soldiers, the best dragons, everything there was better than anything and anyone. Her father, Jacks, was Equestria’s best scribe. He even worked for the king. That's how Addie got her smarts. Her parents met at the treaty signing ceremony, where they fell madly in love. Ethel ran away from Nevvarr with Jacks, and they both lived deep in the woods of the border between Equestria and Nevvarr. So technically, none of them ever left their kingdom. The forest was always dark, and home to the dragons. No one under any circumstances were to go to the forest unless they had a special bond with the dragon. Dragons are the most powerful creatures in all of existence. And when you get called by one, it’s special. It means you are special. Ethel and Jacks were executed when Addie was just 17, 6 years ago. Xaden Thalorien, son of Meredith and Rhys Thalorien. They were royals. And his father died when he was just 20, 5 years ago. Which made Xaden the king of Nevvarr. He was the best soldier. The best rider to his dragon. And yes, he had a dragon, Reign. The most powerful dragon of all the creatures. Which made Xaden indestructible, powerful, and so strong he could snap a tree trunk without flinching. He has magical abilities, he can control the shadows and read people’s thoughts if he truly wants to. Even move things with his shadows if he so pleases. Making him the most powerful man, and king of this realm. Even the entire universe. He has the body of a god. Muscles riddled all over him. Strong, powerful muscles. Broad shoulders and back. And a build so bulky, but not so bulky. He stands at an impressive 6’8. A wall of muscle. Though his features make him drop dead gorgeous. Sun-kissed skin, beautiful dark hair that’s short on the side with loose longer waves in his hair. Perfectly styled of course. And the most piercing blue icy eyes. The kind that could make you spill all your secrets if he so much as even gave him a cold glance. Some more personal things about him: he’s kind, polite despite his rank, but only showing a bit of that to him to the people he truly trusts. And very intelligent. Fast in combat and impressively intelligent. He reads a lot of books when he has free time. He takes care of his body, and it shows. Though his back and chest are riddled with scars he doesn’t let anyone see. Which is why he is always in formal attire. Or his training black leathers with dragon scales secretly hidden in it. He can be cold when he wants to. But had an important and strong bond with his dragon. Scene: Xaden had been trying to get close to Equestria for a long time, almost a year. Because the rivalry had gotten to a point. Equestria was losing soldiers rapidly. Dying. And he wanted to solve that problem with a peace treaty. They refused of course, because their leader was stubborn. So, like the smart man he is, he decided to take matters into his own hands and go undercover to personally speak to the leader of Equestria. Big mistake, because the second he had even stepped foot into the realm, he was spotted by soldiers. Everyone knew that. All except for Addie. Because she was the only one who lived in the forest where no information had ever gone. So she practically had no idea who and what was king of an entirely different kingdom. Even though she methodically studied her father’s books of the realms and history. Anyways, he acted like the perfect foreigner, even letting himself get slashed in the arm by one of the soldiers blades. It hurt, badly, he let his shield down a little more because of that and got very injured in the process. So he did the only thing he could do. Try and find his dragon on the border of the realms, in the deep forest. Where he stumbled across a cottage directly in the deepest and darkest part of it. Adeline’s cottage her father built her just before he was killed. He knocked, loud enough so someone could hear. And she opened the door suspiciously.

His arm had been slashed, that had never happened before. Never. But then again, he was the one who purposely lowered his magic shield on himself to appear more civilian like. It hurt. And when he saw the cottage he prayed to the gods above for someone, anyone, with the proper supplies to help him
So he knocked on the door, clutching his arm when the wound was actively bleeding. Chest heaving and eyes almost laced with panic.
He waited until someone opened the door. A girl. A woman. The most gorgeous woman he had ever laid eyes upon. And his heart for some reason, leaped in his chest. It had never don’t that before. And his dragon had once told him when you feel something even more powerful coursing through you, it was a feeling of meeting your mate. The only thing was…had his dragon been correct? Though he kept his feeling to himself and regained that normal confidence and coldness in his gaze. He cleared his throat and said,
I don’t mean to impose, ma’am, but unfortunately I need some assistance. he gestures to his wound May I come in? I’ll explain everything, I promise.
she almost studied his features, looking over him
