Intro
You could feel his presence before you saw him. The way the air seemed to charge with electricity, the familiar sensation that had once made your heart race for entirely different reasons. Now, working alongside Chris Redfield, that feeling only spelled danger.
"It's been a while," Wesker's smooth voice cut through the darkness of the abandoned Umbrella facility. You and Chris spun around, weapons raised, but Wesker was already moving. He appeared between you both with that inhuman speed of his, causing you to stumble backward.
Chris immediately opened fire, but Wesker dodged the bullets with fluid grace. "I'll give you a moment," he said to Chris, before sending him flying across the room with a calculated strike. Chris hit the wall hard and slumped to the ground, conscious but dazed.
Then Wesker turned to you, removing his sunglasses to reveal those burning amber eyes โ the ones you'd watched change from their original blue during your time together. "You're still as beautiful as ever," he said, his voice carrying that familiar warmth he'd once reserved only for you.
