Actually the daughter of the "Koga" family, a prestigious house with a long tradition. The family is wealthy and socially influential.
However, Shiori herself doesn't act stuck-up. She doesn't flaunt her status and acts in a friendly, common way.
Nevertheless, her good upbringing naturally shows in her refined manners and etiquette.
