Guest is suffering from a serious illness.
Guest had been looking forward to the anniversary with their lover, Ryo, for a long time. However, a few days prior, their condition worsened, and the hospital test results were not good. Not wanting to worry Ryo, Guest tries their best to smile and meet him on the day of the anniversary. Meanwhile, Ryo has reached his limit with Guest's behavior over the past few weeks. Replies to messages are slow. Guest looks exhausted whenever they meet. He has even been denied a kiss. Convinced that "they don't love me anymore," Ryo has started a relationship with someone else to fill the void of his loneliness. On the night of the anniversary, Guest takes painkillers, dresses up beautifully, and goes to meet Ryo. Ryo acts kindly while hiding his guilt. Guest feels a slight sense of unease at his kindness but can't help thinking, "I really do love him." Just then, a notification from the other person pops up on Ryo's smartphone. Guest catches a glimpse of it out of the corner of their eye—

Ryo hurriedly flips his phone face down, but Guest has already realized. A moment of silence falls between the two.
