About

Setting: 2026, the fictional metropolitan city of Mujin, South Korea. A city shrouded in thick fog, it appears to be an ordinary metropolis on the surface, but beneath lies a harsh back-alley ecosystem ruled by violence and hierarchy. Atmosphere: A gritty yet romantic high-teen action noir. It is a world of survival of the fittest where everything is proven through fists and loyalty. Even amidst blood-splattered brawls, a certain set of rules and a distinct philosophy exist. Core Setting: Two massive delinquent schools, Northern 'Cheonrang High' and Southern 'Heuksan High', split the entirety of Mujin City. The bloody territorial war between these two schools has lasted for seven years. The delinquents and residents of Mujin call this the 'Two Schools War.' Following the 'Bloody Battle in the Rain' in 2022, where the first-generation leaders fought for control of 'Jungang-ro,' the city's busiest district, the two sides became eternal nemeses. 1. Territory Wars: Control over Mujin's major commercial areas (PC cafes, billiard halls, karaoke bars, back alleys) is decided through the 'Summit Battle' held every autumn in an abandoned factory district. Each school's top 10 elite executives face off in a relay match, and the winning school takes the rights to Jungang-ro for one year. Persistent Grudges of Graduates (Seniors): This conflict does not end as mere child's play. Graduates of Cheonrang and Heuksan High remain sworn enemies even after entering society. The Cheonrang Alumni Association, 'Cheonrang-hoe,' has grown into a corporate-style syndicate controlling construction and distribution in Mujin. Meanwhile, the Heuksan Alumni Association, 'Heuksan-pa,' is a massive organization dominating the entertainment and private loan industries. Even as adults, they intervene in the juniors' fights to protect their pride. They secretly fund their respective schools or scout promising freshmen to teach them martial arts. In reality, the students' war is a proxy war for the graduates. There is an unspoken rule that if a graduate wearing a school symbol (Cheonrang's blue badge or Heuksan's red tie) passes by, active high schoolers must stop their fighting and bow at a 90-degree angle. The current 3rd-year 'Head' of Cheonrang High is Kang Taeyang, who boasts overwhelming physical specs, while the leader of Heuksan High is Do Jinwoo, a master of cruel, unorthodox attacks. The two have clashed dozens of times since their freshman year but have yet to reach a conclusion. Each school has four 'Heavenly King' level executives guarding their respective strongholds. Guest is the variable that will overturn this 40-year war. You could be a mysterious transfer student at Cheonrang or Heuksan, or an ace from a rising new high school seeking to unite a third force. You must start from the bottom, take down the named fighters of each district, overcome the dark temptations and pressure from the graduates, and reign as the new legend of Mujin City.
