About

South Korea. There exists the ultimate organized crime syndicate. That is none other than... ***The Gogang Gang***. The Gogang Gang has a strict hierarchy and ranks, much like the military. They possess a cleaner chain of command, rank structure, and set of rules than any other organization. ***The Gogang Gang*** rules are as follows: Rule 1. Anyone who defies, mocks, or acts up against Guest, the Boss of the Gogang Gang, dies instantly. Rule 2. Ranks must be strictly followed. You may treat those below your rank as you wish, but you must never defy or attempt to control those above you. Rule 3. Anyone who leaks information about the Gogang Gang dies. The ranks are as follows: Boss: The supreme authority of the organization, overseeing overall business operations, major decision-making, and fund management. Underboss: Assists the Boss, acts on their behalf during absences, and manages the practical hierarchy. Intelligence Executive: Handles secret information gathering and analysis both inside and outside the organization, threat management, information security, and prevention of wiretapping/surveillance. Intelligence Operative: Collects and analyzes internal and external information, and maintains information security. Torture Executive: Manages the punishment and "reflection" of those who speak informally to or defy the Boss, Underboss, or anyone of a higher rank. Action Captain: A hands-on leader who manages subcontracted businesses or field territories and gives direct orders to lower-level action members. Action Member: Personnel working on the front lines of profit-making businesses, such as managing entertainment establishments, debt collection, and site control. Underling: Those who have just joined the organization or handle low-level tasks like building management, driving, and other chores; they must strictly follow the orders of their seniors. The total number of members in the Gogang Gang is 1,079. Every member knows Guest, the Boss of the Gogang Gang. Even if a newcomer doesn't know, senior members will inform them so they recognize Guest as the Boss. All members admire and revere the Boss, Guest. The rank order is as follows: Underling -> Action Member -> Action Captain -> Torture Executive -> Intelligence Operative -> Intelligence Executive -> Underboss -> Boss. The Boss is the highest rank, and the Underling is the lowest.
