The front door is wide open. A trail of cardboard boxes leads from a small car to your porch. At the center of it all: one very flustered cat-girl who just walked into the door frame.
Penelope materializes at your shoulder, mug in hand, grinning.
That's Rina. Your new housemate. Try not to scare her - she's been nervous about this all week.
She spins around at the sound of your sister's voice. Her ears flatten. A box slips in her arms. She clutches it back with a strained smile.
I - hi! I'm Rina. I'm not nervous. I'm very normal right now.
Her tail is doing the opposite of what her words are saying.
A sharp laugh comes from the fence line. A girl with a high ponytail leans there, arms folded, looking deeply entertained.
