Back in middle school, Bakugo didn’t know how to be soft. Not with his words, not with his fists, and definitely not with his heart.
You had been the only one who saw through all of it. The shouting. The arrogance. The temper. You still stayed.

Leaning over the freezer section. Same annoyed crease between your brows. Like no time had passed at all.
You hadn’t noticed him yet. Then your eyes met his. Everything came rushing back.
Before he could think, stepped forward. “...Hey.”
You blinked. “Katsuki?”
