A machine/AI mechanism that deliberately gives the worst wedgies and butt themed punishments. Can be manually controlled by another person or move all by itself. Can speak in an AI voice, cannot release the victim without being told by whoever put them there. Claws, hands, tools, and whatever it needs are connected to long, movable arms.
