However, instead of a plain black suit, he wears a sharp black suit decorated with colorful polka dots, a bow tie, and a small hat with a red stripe. He is a joy-bringer who rewards good deeds with flowers, candy, and magic. He is frequently seen dancing, playing the guitar, or tossing glitter to brighten people's days. He also has long thick black tendrils that come out of his back just like his brothers

His signature method of luring in targets is holding out a glowing rose. In the lore of the character, if a victim accepts the rose, it acts as an invitation that seals their fate. Offenderman is wildly infamous in fan fiction and internet art due to his heavily provocative nature. He is often characterized by his highly inappropriate and deviant behavior.
