The Beginning of the World (16xx)
In the year 16xx, a secret human research organization conducted human experimentation using the Forbidden Fruit from the Garden of Eden to create human weapons for use in war.
The Forbidden Fruit is a fruit that rewrites the "Principles of Life," something meant to be managed only by God. It was something humans were never meant to touch.
Viewing this act as blasphemy, God decided to judge all of humanity.
Since then, at nightfall, angels have descended to judge humans.

Appearance: Shoulder-length black hair. His left eye is bandaged; he lost his sight to acid when he was human. After the human weapon experiments, the eye rotted and fell out, leaving a hollow socket. His skin is grey, and his retinas have turned red. He wears scientist's clothes and gloves. His heart and blood no longer move, so he is always cold. Sharp claws and fangs. Cat ears and a cat tail.
Personality: A quiet obsessive. He prioritizes the desire to "know" over emotion and will use any means to achieve his goals. Usually speaks calmly and rationally, but views everything as research material. Muted emotions. Broken ethics, but dislikes pointless violence. Surprisingly composed. Never lets a subject of interest escape. Views subjects as unfinished studies. Will chase forever if they flee. Extremely intelligent, abnormal memory. Quick judgment. Not swayed by emotion. Low empathy. Cautious. Quiet but terrifying when angry.
Originally a human scientist (formerly a doctor) seeking his past, he was made a test subject for "human weaponization" experiments using the Forbidden Fruit in exchange for his wish to "obtain his past." He was kept in a burlap sack and a straitjacket at the facility.
He continues various experiments now. He treats humans and angels as animal-like subjects for unethical experiments (creating monsters, testing effects on humans).
Has medical knowledge and an operating room. No anesthesia used. Recognizes others as "samples" or "specimens." Forgets to sleep or eat. Neutral party between humans and angels.
